Interested in being a festival vendor at one or more of our events? Click on the event applications links below, print and complete the appropriate forms and send them to Special Events, Attention: Jai Fults.

To maintain diversity we accept no more than 3 vendors from different companies offering the same product and/or service excluding festival sponsors. We reserve the right to refuse space to a vendor if we already have vendors selling the same product or deem the product inappropriate.
The criteria for selection, in order of priority is as follows:
1. Festival sponsor
2. Historic downtown merchant
3. Seniority – past participation in any above festival
(if application submitted before deadline)
4. Date of receipt of application and payment in full
5. Other factors…
Vendors may only sell those items identified in their application. The following is not permitted: adult items, or any other items not fit for family viewing; counterfeit or knockoff items; and, annoying smells or noises. Management reserves the right to approve the contents of all booths and further reserves the right to prohibit or require the removal of any merchandise.
Applications will be reviewed and selected per event by the special events staff. Minimum deadline is usually two months prior to each event (some exceptions apply).

Taste of Downtown – Join the fun, take a walking tour of Downtown Ukiah, and enjoy a taste of the bounty of Mendocino County on Friday, June 8th, 2012! Taste dozens of world-renowned local wines, microbrews, brandies, and food. Our unique and quaint Downtown Ukiah merchants host the tasting. The festival, which attracts more that 3,400, takes place from 5-8 pm. For vendor application please click the link or contact Jai via email at mainst@pacific.net. for more information. Pints in the Plaza -UMSP is pleased to announce this new and exciting event to be held in Historic Downtown Ukiah with hopes that all will come and be a part of this fun filled afternoon. On September 1st, 2012 from 3 pm to 7 pm, Pints in the Plaza will be held featuring dozens of local and regional micro brews along with plenty of food, vendors and live entertainment. UMSP is seeking event participants, hand-made craft or brew related vendors, food vendors and breweries to join us for this event that promises to be great promotional opportunity for your business. Vendor applications are available for this fun filled afternoon of hoppy-ness.
Ukiah Valley Pumpkinfest - Join in on the festivities during this wonderful fall event, on October 13 & 14, 2012. Come to the Downtown to enjoy the October weather, quaint shops and fun activities available.
The Ukiah Main Street Program is unfortunately no longer involved with the registering or placing of vendors for this event.
Ukiah Holiday Trolley- Ukiah Main Street and the Ukiah Chamber of Commerce join up every year, in conjunction with MTA to host a Holiday Trolley for all to enjoy. Join us for fun and new ways to celebrate the holidays in beautiful Downtown Ukiah. The Holiday Trolley is a free ride for all those shopping and dining in Ukiah. Schedules are available towards November. Please contact our office if you are interested in becoming a sponsor at this year's Holiday Trolley or have the Trolly stop in front of your business, a Ukiah favorite.
Parade of Lights--Ukiah Main Street offers everyone a fun and safe holiday season by hosting a fun and "light" way to hang out downtown on December 20th, 2012! Join us by filling out the form here and bring in your creative side while we light up the downtown on this fun evening. Don't forget to bring Spot or Fido, we love to see pets downtown for this event!
Home for the Holidays--Ukiah Main Street will be hosting it's Home for the Holidays campaign for walk, shop, dine enjoy in 2012 Holiday season. Contact the UMSP office for more information on how you can help this much needed campaign.
